SealRoof A-100™

Protective decorative coating with smooth rubberized finish

Liquid Rubber SealRoof A-100™ is a flexible acrylic emulsion based coating available in a range of colours which is used alone or as a top coat for Liquid Rubber’s bitumen waterproofing and protective coatings. Applied as a single component liquid, Liquid Rubber SealRoof A-100™ cures to form a water resistant fully adhered seamless membrane, providing excellent waterproofing and surface protection.

Liquid Rubber SealRoof A-100™ can be appied as a stand along product or in combination as a topcoat over SealRoof B-200™. The A-100/B-200 system can be applied to a wide range of surface materials and should be used where intermittent water occurs. SealRoof A-100™ has excellent UV resistance and its Solar Reflectivity Index rating over 0.9 to help meet cool roof requirements. For industrial applications Liquid Rubber SealRoof A-100™ is recommended where the surface requires protection from intermittent hydrocarbon or chemical spills or for intermittent water emersion. SealRoof A-100™ is formulated for application by brush, roller or conventional paint spray equipment.

As a system with Liquid Rubber SealRoof B-200™, it provides a water based, environmentally safe alternative to conventional hot applied or solvent based decorative coatings. It provides excellent waterproofing and chemical resistance in a highly flexible seamless membrane that resists cracking and aging. Cured membrane resists damage from acids, alkali and water-borne salts, as well as biological degradation.

Liquid Rubber SealRoof A-100™ is available in 4 standard colors and tintable base for dark and bright colors.
